Warranty Policy

At The Roofing Standard LLC, we take pride in our craftsmanship and stand behind every job we complete. This Warranty Policy outlines what is covered, for how long, and how to request service.
10-Year Workmanship Warranty
We provide a 10-Year Labor Warranty on all services, including:
Roof replacements
Roof repairs
Siding installation
Window replacement
Gutter installation
This warranty covers issues resulting from installation or workmanship errors, such as:
Leaks due to improper sealing or flashing
Product detachment or misalignment
Incomplete or faulty installation
Please note: This warranty does not cover damage caused by extreme weather, external impacts, material defects, or failure to maintain the system.
Manufacturer Warranties
We exclusively install Owens Corning® Roofing Shingles, which come with a Limited Lifetime Manufacturer Warranty (coverage details vary by product). These warranties include:
Protection against material defects
Algae resistance (on select shingles)
Wind resistance (with proper installation)

Other manufacturers’ warranties may apply for siding, windows, or gutter components depending on the product used.
Exclusions
Our warranties do not cover:
Storm or weather-related damage (e.g., hail, wind, fallen trees)
Neglect or lack of routine maintenance
Alterations or repairs done by other contractors
Structural movement or foundation shifting
